Pool.mn not paying out. They never respond. Feel like I'm getting scammed.

Currently mining XZC on pool.mn. I have my payouts set to 1, but current round earnings are at 20. Nothing is being paid out. I cannot cash out, as it says my balance is zero. I had this problem a few weeks ago, and emailed them, and they transferred the coins, but never responded to email. I hope they allow me to cash out soon.

Update: After emailing them repeatedly from their website form, posting here, and emailing the address associated with their domain registration threatening to get my AG's office involved, I finally got my coins. Still no response from them, though. I hope they fix the issue, and payout at the intervals I set.
