Some miners are incorrectly still signalling version bit 1, which used to indicate SegWit, but now that SegWit is active, it means nothing and miners are supposed to stop using it so that that bit may be reused for new soft forks. Bitcoin Core gives a warning about it since it has no way of knowing whether a new soft fork has already been proposed and is being signalled.

Glad it's nothing to do with my coins. I had a transaction come in just before this. I had rebooted, wiped cache etc thinking it had to do with the transaction. Thanks for letting me know about Segwit.

Did you read the thread before you posted? Answer has already been given:

Yes, I read post before.. But I decided to clarify, suddenly this is critical for accept bitcoin since I use my node on server.
