I'm mining Deep Onion on X13 with my AMD Radeon R9 290X using sgminer. I do not know if it will ever be profitable, at the moment I'm doing it for learning purposes Roll Eyes

Better choose sth more profitable that you can sell and buy onions instead of mining...its more efficient.

what is sth?

Mining :
Eth : Ethereum, with nVidia GTX 1070s (I'm looking for an other coin, more profitable in the near future, probably XZC)
SC  : SiaCoin, dual mining with Etehreum
 LBC : GTX 960 & 750
 XMR : Monero
 XZC : ZCoin
 MNE : Minereum (auto-mining)
 POST : PostCoin (PoS)
 AMS : AmsterdamCoin (PoS)

Mining ZEC. It's very stable for GPU's power consumption. And it's in uptrend to BTC now. It has all chances to reach 0.075 BTC in few days

if you like a coin and say you mine, here, or youtube, expect its difficulty to rise and earn less. Keep in mind, keep it for you  Wink I mine for long term.

The last time I looked we were actually mining bird. We were able to Sock away a couple of million within a couple of hours. Of course that brought the difficulty up and we backed off, but I'm sure it's right back down again. There's plenty of coins that you can attack wholehearted like this and most of them are very easy to mine.

I disagree. If it's a legitimate coin with good development and roadmap, drawing attention to it is a good thing. If more people start mining it and the difficulty goes up, some will decide it's better to buy the coin instead of trying to mine. The end result is it raises the marketcap and the price for everyone.

Some of have some value some of don't but as long as they're even carrying a couple of satoshi a piece then it's well worth it. Before you decide to mine a coin, you should know that the particular coin is worth mining and it can really worth the time and power mining that particular coin.

Currently mining Verium [VRM] for PoW and Vericoin [VRC] for PoS.

Since Verium can only be mined with a CPU, it leaves my video card open to mine something else, like ETH.

I have two 6 card rx580 rigs... I also have 2M Bitbean. The Beans almost equal the rigs in sprouts (stakes) and were cheaper. I wish I had known that before I bought all that stuff to make the rigs. IMHO.
