I don't think so.My bitcoin electrum setup also shows that there is a virus;https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/d12fb0a6cf6a3d301a0c93adf4cb405b2acfb94fd2f2ccd4dce19dd39495e428/detection
But usually these are false postives as these anti-virus that show that there is a virus are not well-known and usually not accurate.

As long as popular strong anti-virus such as Kaspersky,Avast not showing that there is a virus then you have nothing to worry about.

I checked and found Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.16070401.9500.9912 also known as Win64.Adware.MultiPlug, Application.Generic.D8E8E6.
I try to find info about this virus but google not show useful information.

If is this malware? Shocked
