Okay I run my cgminer with this command:

cgminer --scrypt -o http://binarycoins.eu:9333/ -u pablo123.1 -p x

This is the screenshot:

Code:
cgminer version 2.11.4 - Started: [2013-05-21 17:32:36]

Yet http://binarycoins.eu says I got 0 hashs

pablo123.      1   x   N   0

What's the problem?

Also How come I have only 5.407Khz? How can others got 1000khz? Below 1000 khz it's not worth it.

I have fixed that. However, why the pool doesn't recoqnize my khz even though it's small? Also how much hash power will GPU 79xx give?

For 79XX you should at least have 500KHash+ https://github.com/litecoin-project/litecoin/wiki/Mining-hardware-comparison
From your post, you haven't submitted a share (the number of A's is 0). The pool calculates your expected hash rate through how many shares you submit. Sometimes cgminer is buggy and you just need to restart your machine.

Also, if your card is misconfigured (and it probably is, given the very low hash-rate), and as the difficulty of the share for this pool seems a little high (255), it's perfectly possible to not find a share for a few minutes.

look at the configuration options on the link from coinstopper ... look especially for the "--thread-concurrency" corresponding to your card.

Last but not least ... it's not "khz" (kilo Hertz), which measures a frequency, but Kh/s (Kilo Hash per second). ^^
