which is the best coin to invest September 2017

Hi Experts,

i have already 5BTC 20 ETH in my wallet. but i want to invest some amount on next month in September. around 7000usd. i spent around one month and i found some list of coins i can invest.
iota,neo,factom,safe exchange coin,siacoin,litecoin,nlc2,ripple,startcoin,tenx..

could you please suggest on below things.
1)which coin will be best for short investment..?
2)which coin is best for short investment
3)which will follow 10X,100X methods in feature..?
4)is the above listed are worthy..? are they follow really 100X method in next 1 year.
5)please suggest me if any coin going to release in September
6)please suggest me which coin  is recently enter into the market  and have good scope...?

No one knows what future brings but if you look for new ICOs or coins that introduce new features in September, you should stumble over them. Stay with good old Bitcoin until they start their Lightning network or try Ardor. Once they start, there is a high probability for Ardor and Ignis to take off. also, Neo and Waves could be a good choice but you have to surf the web for more information about these coins.

I think a good coin for investment is: XUC, NIMFAMONEY and Cartaxi because very many people are interested in saving that coin. I'm currently saving XUC coins for the future.
