Anyone else had problems? I received a previous payment within a week, but this one has taken over 20 days. Having messaged them several times I get the same response, they're not even willing to cancel the withdrawal and give back my BTC, all I want is for the payment to be processed.
Regards.

What were you trying to withdraw, bitcoins? 20 days for bank transfers is average but for bitcoin sounds scary.

Normally they have been very good. I would bet that the US seizing their Dwolla account is plaguing them

What's the difference between status "pending" and status "processing"?
Are pending withdrawals not even in their ("European bank") queue yet?

MTGox is very slow. They are a good exchange that is well trusted, but things move slower than a snail's pace there. I'm sure it will be resolved in time, but if you want to use gox, you need to have a lot of patience.

Bitcoin withdrawal should happen within an hour or two, confirmed.
Fiat? 20-40 days is pretty normal really. Best to be judicious about drawing fiat from Gox in the first instance. I have never done so myself.
Alternative ways to exchange bitcoin for fiat include the OTC site localbitcoins.com. There is often the odd OTC trader hanging around here on Bitcointalk too.

As other stated, Bitcoin withdrawal is immediate.
With fiat takes much longer. I guess they have some daily limit at their bank, and that's why the SEPA withdrawals are painfully slow. What I really hope is they are not running any kind of fractional reserve, and they have separate accounts for their customer money and their operational needs.

SEPA bank withdrawal for me is VERY fast. 2/3 days max, medium amounts (10,000€ each time).
