Hello all. I am really frustrated. I bought a batch 2 Avalon ASIC and still haven't received it. I got the email from them saying that they had finished shipping batch 2 and were prepping to ship batch 3. I have sent 5 support tickets over the last month and they haven't replied to a single one. I was hoping that someone there would either see this post or somebody might be able to tell me a better wait to contact them besides using their own support system, which obviously doesn't work in my case. A friend of mine ordered his batch 2 ASIC the same night as me and he got his 3 weeks ago. They also responded to his ticket requesting his order number. I'm freaking out here!
