i can recommend  Ccore ico is promising one. Active development team is there. It  allows people who have cryptocoins  to spend them on various fiat based online services and stores without losing value on the exchange. I consider Propthereum.io the most promising upcoming ICO. They are an asset backed cryptocurrency on the blockchain and are expecting a 1566% coin appreciation in a short amount of time. The great thing about this concept is that the coin will always increase in value. They launch November 20th and I am definitely investing.
