Well, let's get to troubleshooting, shall we?

1. BIOS Setting applied? - 4G Decoding and PCIe Link Speed - GEN1?
2. Win 10 Pro Updated to date?
3. Install 17.5.2 Relive Drivers -- They work great. (Or Try Latest Blockchain Drivers if you're not considering undervolting)
4. Connect First 3 GPUs and see if they work without issues and then try the rest three.

thanks for the fast answers.

system swap is @ 16 GB

Bios-settings and the rest of that troubleshooting will be tested as soon as possible.

Try to increase swap file to 32-64GB. Rule of thumb swap file should be the size of your all graphic cards memory together...

Yeah, I have 100gb swap on 1080ti rig.
Try also connecting one card at time, check in device manager if it catch driver, then turn rig off, put it into another slot and put another one in x16 slot with monitor in it.
It worked for me Smiley

Ok i did that troubleshooting...
Windows is updated
17.5.2 Drivers installed
in bios settings i cant find 4G Decoding but pcie is set to gen1

if i start claymore again he instantly shutsdown after DAG Buffer set .. (it goes so fast i cant tell exactly when)

i tried genoil-zec-miner and this works ... BUT

i also tried nicehash miner and this shuts down somewhere in the "gpu benchmark" ...

any further solutions/opinions?

My suggestion is try mining with 4-5 cards , if its working fine , then get a bigger psu for 6 cards setup Smiley

the 1200 watts psu might not enough if you dont know how to overclock the mem without proper undervolting ,and  underclock , undervolt the gpu . rx580 cards in some stress test can pull  over 200 watts easy , mining with those cards are a real stress test , torture Smiley

Here are some suggestions.

1) MOBO config (I run the same MOBO on all my rigs).

PCIE2 Link Speed - Auto
Share memory - 32Mb

2) As Leass mentioned try  powering rig up with one card and adding new cards one after the other

3) modify your claymore's config.txt to include "-allcoins 150".  this will force the GPUs to pre-allocated enough memory during startup

I don't think this is a power problem as he says it does same with one card and Claymore just starts and then shuts down without him being able to see why.
Open CMD prompt as administrator
Navigate to the Claymore Folder yourself
Copy your long Bat file command and then paste it into the cmd window and press enter.
This way you will be able to see the exact error Claymore is giving.

I have seen this type of crashing in the past when it is missing some sort of DLL file or something. Installing VB.Net or Visual Studio usually sorts this out.
Also maybe you can post your Claymore Log file?

But yes, if you are not going to undervolt that 1200W PSU might be a little bit too small for those 6 Cards! With proper undervolting it wil be fine though.

could you post your bat file, that way you might can get more help , advice
you modded your own bios files ? or you downloaded from the internet ?
are you flashed the gaming bios or the silent bios with modded bios file on your cards?
when you flashed your bios the bios version number for all 6 cards was the same on the card itself ?
i mean if your card bios file version is 113-3E366DU-S4Y , you can flash the same modded bios file back to your card with the same version number , so if the original is 113-3E366DU-S4Y , the modded one must to be 113-3E366DU-S4Y

Rom files are not interchangeable . You can flash them to another nitro , but then your hashrate will drop to lower number's or just going up and down , you might can brick your cards. The cards under full load going to crash the system , Miners genoil , claymore can crash the video driver ...
