Bitcoin in Asia is quite popular compared to the western Continents. This is all because of the increased acceptance and the people easily using it an way for getting an additional earning based on its legitimacy. In my thinking bitcoin will be growing high than expected as there is tremendous increase in adoption around the Asian countries.

I think Bitcoin in Asia is becoming more popular. It is because most of the people are treating it as a means of living, I know a couple of people who gets their daily needs through his income in bitcoin whether it'd be joining campaigns in this forum or through profits from trading. They really treat it as a job at home honestly speaking.

In my country (the Philippines, which is in Asia), bitcoin is recognized but not yet accepted accepted as a paymnet system in establishments unlike in the other countries. However, their are exchanges and just recently, two more exchanges will open up. Hopefully this would pave the way towards more adoptions of bitcoin in the country.

I'm not so sure with the other asian countries, but I heard that it is accepted and cryptocurrency is recohpgnized as legal in Japan. Efforts have been made to adopt it as a legal currency, so I've heard.

Bitcoin is somehow famous already on this side of the world on which you do know that Japan is a part or considered on part of Asian countries which you do know that they decide to legalize and accept bitcoin and also in my place bitcoin is gradually getting popularity as of now which is really good on the moving progress of awareness of bitcoins existence.

I'm not quite sure about the number of usera, what I know is that the news and updates about cryptocurrencies in these countries ( Russia, China, Japan , Indonesia, Philippines ) that is using cryptocurrencies are quite high and there are some whales here that can affect the prices of cryptocurrencies, not mentioning that the Russian government ( but only a part belongs to Asia ) is open in regulating cryptocurrencies and Japan too. Well it is originated in some unknown person ( Nakamato ) but the number of new coins are mainly originating in Asian countries and I can conclude that cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin is quite popular in Asia.

The maximum demand for Bitcoin today is from Asia with Korea, Japan, China and India being the major countries. In most of the countries here in Asia Bitcoin is sold on premium due to increase in demand. During the month of May, Bitcoin was sold at double the international price in Korea. In India itself, it was being sold at $600-$800 premium. I even made profit through arbitrage. Bitcoin got a huge market in Asia because of huge population, area and interest in tech.

Asia is a very large continent, I have been in an Asian country for a while, there is no Bitcoin Stock Exchange in the country I have been in, and the businesses did not accept Bitcoin, so I think the overall situation of Asia is like this, with many innovative steps for China and Japan for Bitcoin.

I'm from Philippines. In our country, BTC is not yet well known to average filipinos. Some are still skeptical and don't even dare to explore this cryptocurrency. Worst, they think it is a scam. I know for a fact because I was once with the same mentality. But things changed when my friend discussed BTC with me, I researched and i give it a try.

Though, there are already increasing popularity with BTC yet there are still no significant number of merchants accepting BTC as a payment.

and for the reason that most people around asia always looking for some ways to earn extra. I'm also part of a third world country from asia and see here that bitcoin is not yet been popularized but those who knows about it already taking advantage.

Im from the Philippine and Bitcoin is not yet well-known by other but there are some people like me that accepts Bitcoin because some of our fellow countrymen that has no knowledge of what is Bitcoin all about,they say it is only a scam.I admit at first I have also that kind of mentality but when I tried my luck on Bitcoin and I was shocked because it is not a scam at all.I used to get money from it.In Philippines,some of us who embraces the Bitcoin have a life that is much different from what we have on our past.

The countries in Asia are currently the global leaders in Bitcoin mining {China} and adoption {Japan} .... India might become one

of those leaders, if their government can come to a decision about the regulations regarding Bitcoin. India are currently so focussed

Asian regions has a larger influence regarding bitcoin usage and here are the top countries where has high a regards of bitcoin usage and trading :

1. China - there's no doubt it is the center of semiconductor manufacturing and most mining hardware are manufactured in china whether it is ASIC or GPU. large portions of mining pools are located in china. it has a concentration of 81% of mining pools.
2. Japan - this is where the Asia's largest bitcoin trader and has a huge acceptance of bitcoin payment system to merchants and retailers. The former Mt-Gox the largest bitcoin trader is located in Japan.
3. South Korea - the second asia's largest bitcoin trader where the Kraken was located.
4. India, Indonesia , Russia, Philippines, are among other countries that engage in bitcoin trading and mining.
