Hi all,

I am in the works of starting to make physical crypto currency debit cards.
I need someone who is able to alter the https://casascius.com/btcaddress-alpha.zip (this includes the source) for it to be able to generate similar outputs as the original. It would need to create public and private keys also and the ability to change the size of the QR codes on the fly would be a great feature to add.
Initially I will need this working for NMC, BTC, LTC to start with.

I am looking for someone to simply change the templates used in the above code to match my designs, make the qr codes smaller, place them in different locations of the card, thats basically IT!

Please PM me your quotes.

Since this requires altering a source code and throwing up  a site together I am looking for reasonable quotes from you guys!

Apologies if the description is vague, - I am currently not at home. Please ask questions if there are any and I will do my best to answer them all!

Regards,

bittick

I can do this for simply easy.

But, as far as I can understand, you want to create a casascius clone with NMC, BTC, LTC?? (And nothing special in it?)

I can also help, as I'm a .NET developer by day/trade. Private message send.

I'm replying here to warn other people interested in doing this project. There might be a good explanation for this, but I fear that is not the case.

I have provided bittick with half of the solution (you can print LTC, NMC and BTC wallets). In addition he requested a template to print credit card sized wallets which is also made possible. The other (not implemented) half would be the ability to adjust the placement of the QR codes and text on the printout.

He is active on the forum every day, but he chooses to ignore my messages since I sent him the preview of the work done so far.

Every freelance coding job should be done by escrow.

Escrow deposit
Upfront partial pay
Stage 1 pay
Stage x pay
Job completion pay

That way if the buyer bails out or doesn't want to continue with the request for some reason, nobody looses their time (at least that's how I work).

You need some plan of some sort else you're just asking to be ripped off.

Apologies to BitKoot, for not shedding more light on this.
I have been forced to drop this project due to many new open source similar projects are popping up.
I have not used any of the work BitKoot has provided (please PM me if you feel I am treating you unfairly and you want some sort of compensation, but please bear in mind, that I did not actually ask you to do anything, you offered it yourself)

As to the allegation of me not replying - please understand, that if you see me offline, it does not actually mean that I am active on this forum. I have dropped in once or twice after your messages - yes, but had no time to reply to them.

Once again, I do not want to have a bad name in this forum, so please contact me to resolve any issues you may have.
My sincere apologies for not letting you know on time.

You did ask me/someone to do this in your opening post. But I don't want any compensation.

I just wanted to use my skillset to earn some bitcoin. It has been a valuable lesson in doing business with complete strangers Smiley.

When I have some spare time I will try to add my changes of the code as a pull request to the original github page. Maybe someone else has a use for it.
