Have you guys followed SEC regulation by filing the proper paperwork (or are you planning to be non-US?) So far I haven't found a single ICO that has.
Also do you feel that China will fully investigate and approve your case before the ICO begins? As mentioned in the first half of my post most ICOs don't really go anywhere which is why they are working towards regulating them.

Even in case you would choose to contribute in USD - you will need the ETH adress to receive RBM tokens. So ETH adress is a must. |

We're currently working upon SEC regulation. Speaking of China - we have several candidates to partner with, so we can work through them. |

The smart contract for each specific patient will be chosen and executed due to international medical guideline. Otherwise the patient will receive cashback. |
