Just a few days ago the TRON ICO finished writhing a matter of minutes.

Only a few hours ago LLC sold out on Binance, again within a couple of minutes.

Does anyone know anything about either of these and why the ICOs on Binance are so popular? And did anyone get in on either of these before they finished?

That was not pupolar as you can see maybe there are some reasons to make the ico will have sold in some minutes, The first thing you must think like how many the cap for the ico if the Project just try to put  a little cap and that take a little time to be completed.

The CEO is ex-ripple regional advisor in China. All hype due to this guy.

No luck though.  Can't even access into Binance at the selling time.  I will buy when it is open to market after ICO. Price may dip after ICO.

So another "Chinese Ethereum"? I thought we already had Bitshares/NEOs as the Chinese Ehthereum.. in fact, we already had Asch (XAS) as the Chinese Ethereum.

It is getting pretty ridiculous to be frank. So all one needs is to create a china-based ICO platform to get investors pumping the token? What does Binance offer that NEOS or Asch can't already do? because im not looking forward to bagholder another altcoin.

Binance is a exchange which has intorduced its own token for some purposes, i still need to read about that.
It is also listing ICOs. But i think it is not a competitor of NEO or Ethereum. Another business

As far as I know there haven't ever been any popular ICO on Binance. I think it is very difficult for Binance to attract ICOs with existence of Ethereum and Waves platforms.

It's normal, the ICOS has a great potential in the Chinese public, they hold a large portion of the existing BTC and ETH.

Binance taking the ICOS to a big market.

No, I'm not saying it is a competitor (BNB) with any other digital asset in particular, but how is it that both ICOs sell out in minutes?

Is there any way an English-speaking Westerner can get updates or information on projects taking off in/from China, especially in regards ICOs? I just think it's fascinating that both of these (TRON + LLC) sold out in no time.

Does anyone know if there is any merit in the quick sale of these digital assets? I see that ICOs usually sell just below ICO price immediately after the ICO, but in the case of these projects, would it be a good idea to buy?

I feel like it would be prudent to check in with ICOs available on Binance. If anyone knows of any resources which can help one anticipate ICOs in/from China a little better, then please do share.

Concerts sell out in minutes all the time. It's not impossible. The biggest problem with the Binance ICO is the lack of cap. Whales loves that while it clearly hurts us.

The warmup session for TRON sold out in <5 seconds. I'm not surprised.

While for the main TRON BTC session they were selling 380BTC worth of tokens (0.00000038 BTC each token). If each whale put up 5 BTC (pennies for many), it would only take 76 of them to sell the whole session out. And what if some of them bought 10 or 20BTC worth of it?

How many people do you think were trying to take part in these ICOs? How many people were sitting in front of the computer at 11:59:59am Beijing time, ready to place an order? 500 people? 10k? 50k? 100k?

Even if you don't know what is it that TRON or LLC do, just for the potential speculative value, it's clear to me how those ICOs could have sold in seconds. No mystery.

We have Ethereum, Neo and waves like platforms to introduce ICO and mostly the ICO's are offered through ethereum now a days. The binance never was as popular to get this much attraction of the buyers, it seems fishy fishy. I think they have done something to get all the tokens by themselves. I am not sure but it is just a perception.

How many Chinese Ethereums do we need? After all, what are they doing that is better than Ethereum? If the answer to that is nothing, then we do not need another coin except maybe to just speculate with it and make money but as something that is useful I do not think we need it.

Well.. the positives of NEO above Ethereum are (from what I've read and correct me if im wrong) that NEO can compile code in several languages that are really common amongst programers, kind of like how STRAT works with C#, but NEO supports more languages. Meanwhile Ethereum uses a more rare programing language which is not attractive for potential investors...

I think that is all. So we got Ethereum, STRAT, NEO, Asch.. and im sure there are more smart contract stuff out there.

Well that is something, as a programmer myself I can tell that learning a new language can be a pain, many languages have the same basic functions but to master the language takes a lot of time similar to what happens with natural languages, you may learn a lot in a few months or a year but to be an expert you probably need a lot more time.

Binance is not a competition with Neo lol, its an exchange business. 200M max coin supply and their gonna re-buy 100M coins to burn off after the ico. The coins save you 50% on fees on the exchange.

Thanks for digging up an old thread and putting your referral link.

Binance has this thing called launch pad and history repeats itself again. Both GIFTO & BREAD sold out within minutes. It really is amazing.
