Long Term HODL Cryptos

As I have recently just joined the world of Cryptos around 1st August but I am doing only investment based on long term HODL currently my portfolio consist of NEO, OMG, XRP, SIA, XVG & ADEX

Would like good advise on any other cryptos with reason which I should be holding for a long term prospect of 4 to 5 years time

Then stick to bitcoin and hodl it as long as you can. I can't say about your portfolio though, altcoins is simply pump and dump it you know what I mean, and its really hard to hold them for longer term because some of them might die soon. So my advise is to go to bitcoin for the long haul and altcoins for short term or day trading and then reinvest everything in bitcoin because the chances of you getting huge profit in 4-5 years holding it is very likely. Maybe it won't take you 4-5 years, maybe in a year or two you will see your bitcoin investments grows exponentially.

My favourite long-terms are AiCoin and SONM. SONM is more of a speculative investment of mine though. AiCoin on the other hand is bound to outperform the Bitcoin benchmark while avoiding the drops that always follow pumps. AiCoin is my go-to for stability paired with great gains, both in short and long term. Their ICO is about to end though.

you have a good long term coin, i am follow with you. i think you can add more coin if you still have balance. the coin is litecoin, etc, bat. i think this coin have a good potential in the long term so maybe you can considering to buy and hold these coin. but please remember, before you buy, you need to analyze for each of coins so you don't missed something.

This is a really nice list of coins to consider for a portfolio, i just wanted to add some thoughts to what has been posted. Need to allocate to themes that may takeoff since investors become obsessed with various themes at one time or another and then the coins in that group pump

Privacy coins - XSPEC is good, may also consider SUMO (Monero fork), XVG, ZEN and XMR (be careful price is very pumped at the moment!)
Decentralized Exchanges - XCP, BLOCK, WAVES
Proof of Stake coins - RADS, 808, RDD, 1337

currently multiple of your "HODL" coins are performing terribly and it has been like this for at least 4 months for each of them. and looking at each of their charts you can clearly see these coins like XRP have the same pattern of getting pumped and staying up 1 months and then slowly creeping down towards their bottom and lower than that.

i am sorry to say this but you have bought a big ice cube and now you are watching it melt, shrinking each day.

100% agreeing with this list. Not sure about the millionaire part, but you'll definitely be worth a big something from what you invested with

i dont believe any of them are good for long term. Maybe siacoin has a chance. Because it is cheap enough now and team is not bad. It has a possible potential but others are mostly priced already.

Look for coins with a business model of creating new coins under their blockchain like ETH, WAVES, NXT, UBQ, NEO, BTS etc. In the long run these coins will build a massive volume from new coins created under their blockchain.

Its your choice and i would say hold all you can if you do believe that those coins would really give you profits or make even you a millionaire on 5 years time. No one really knows this is why hodling isnt bad at all if you dont really need money then forget those coins and comeback again on 5 years and lets hope that everything would go as planned.

Looking in to an altcoin to invest in myself. ARK look very promising. But would not invest in that before the price went a little down as it recently got a bump

You could try alts that have already survived for several years. Coins like Litecoin and Ethereum can be traded directly for fiat on most exchanges, which indicates that those exchanges think they are here to stay. And it's worth holding onto them in case they overtake bitcoin (the flippening)

yep also like shift but i also had some rads but not for a long time it can go up easily but it brings not that much on the table like shift does  
also had some lisk in the earlier times where eth was 30$ tried to safe my winnings was pretty happy when the spaceship gone up to the cryptosphere

Anything that is in the top 50 is fine but if you want to play it safe then grab something from the top 10,  those coins hold most of the market cap and are not going to disappear so those are safe bets if you do not care as much in performance, but if you want profits then it could be a good idea to get into an ICO, there are risks but I think the risks are worth it.
