The last time it was calculated (about a month ago) it was around 38%, but this changes often as it depends how many people stake.

Today's Updates:

Jiyo wallet has been updated to latest release on Scrypto masternode hosting
Stakenet had a mandatory update and therefore has been implemented on Scrypto hosting
Polis "Sentinel ping expired" error has been fixed on the hosting system
Qbic has been removed from Scrypto hosting as according to some members the project got "abandoned" from their programmers
Aeg syncing issues were fixed on Scrypto hosting

Update:

After several personal request from our community we decided to look into listing Vcash, we know that they are going to be delisted from Poloniex on the 2nd of September. And therefore decided to list them to our Digitalprice Exchange, I have already forward all the info to our team to look into their wallet and if everything is ok probably next week they will be onboard.
