problom in multiply btc in freebitco.in HELP

i am tired from freebitco.in
When i clicked in roll my balance is changed
But in multiply btc when i click in hi or lo my balance is fixed and dont changed
i have problom please help
I havent this pronlom later
but now i cant add satoshi in multiply btc
I send massage to support@freebitco.in
But not answered
