Low hashrate on stratum pools

Hey guys,

i recently got in to mining,
while i am having very little trouble figuring things out myself, i am left wondering why i get 200K/hs on a pool, whilst getting about 50 k/hs on the same mining pool server, but with stratum support...

i tried different pools and i run into the same problem every time
