I've been exchanging  XRP for BTC for a while now (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=201108.0).  I try to keep my rate competitive and updated daily so check back often.  I typically have the best rate on the forum, however, should you find a better rate I will do my best to match it so PM me (worst that could happen is I'll say I can't match it so feel free to try me).

Trade details

• You initiate contact through PM or in this thread and confirm offer is current and valid
• I'll PM you a ripple address to send the coins to
• You send me the XRP along with a followup note that includes your ripple address or a transaction ID (to verify payment, as I sometimes am working on multiple orders at once) and your BTC address
• I'll send you the BTC that we agreed upon
• We both post feedback either here or in rep threads, as well as Trust ratings (optional, but recommended)

For transactions larger than 30k XRP, we can break the transaction into smaller chunks if desired.  I've had people that are cool with sending 100k all at once while others want to break up a 40k transaction into 4 chunks.  Obviously I prefer less work, but I'm a pretty flexible person and will work with you in the way you feel most comfortable.
