You will probably have to provide collateral for a loan that size.  This can be anything of equal or greater value that has liquidity (can be easily sold) should you not repay.  You and the lender will want to use an escrow to manage the loan.  Also, post loan requests in the lending board: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=65.0

As I explained, I get my salary on every month between 1-5, will repay it from my salary.

The lending section works in a simple way. In order to get a loan or you have trust or you have a valid collateral.
First though you need not to be a lazy beggar newbie and read the stickies, like this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.msg6311902#msg6311902

Because you don't have the slightest of trust here as a newbie that you are,you need to put up something easy to anyone to liquidate it.
Any future income in not consider a valid collateral. Thus your salary don't count.

So you have 2 options.
1. You offer a valid collateral and have a chance to get a loan.
2. You continue to ignore stickies and don't lock this topic and you get a negative feedback (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=119896.0).

Good luck,you will need it...

And to add, your collateral MUST be at least 120% of what youre asking. This is to ensure that the lender would get a return if you default, and make sure that they wont be at a loss if the value of said collateral starts to decrease. Seeing how you wont have valid collateral, youre better off locking this thread.
