Unconfirmed transaction...what are options? What to expect?

I placed a transaction and apparently didn't properly calculate the fee, and only left 177.77sats/byte. I wonder, with that fee, will a transaction go through "eventually?" May it be accelerated, or, if not and a transaction continues to linger unconfirmed for days and days, can it somehow be "redone?"

Anyway, the txid is
