i ask the question because i've read the following:
https://www.reddit.com/r/btc/comments/6blcui/how_do_i_import_a_wallet_with_seeds_into_electrum/

so there seems to be a problem with the bip39 compatibility: is this through?

The latest versions of Electrum (from v2.9.0) support custom derivation paths for BIP39 seeds... previously, it was hard coded to using m/44'/0'/0' (ie. the BIP44 spec derivation path used by Hardware Wallets and some software wallets like Mycelium)...

Now, after entering a BIP39 seed (and selecting BIP39 seed from the "options") during the "restore" process... you will be prompted for the Derivation Path you wish to use... so now, it is theoretically possible to import a mnemonic from pretty much any BIP39 compatible wallet.

I can verify that Electrum restores (bip39) work perfectly with my Trezors.  Since I use a few Trezors I had to be CERTAIN early on that I could do a complete restore without any issues if I lost/broke/had one stolen.  Flawless restores!!

So it will also be possible to import the bip49 segwit account of trezor in electrum by the seed with the use of the derivation path:m/49'/0'/0'/0'/ ?

BIP49 with Trezor doesn't seem to work.

I created a new wallet for the new Trezor Segwit accounts. Specified m/49'/0'/0' for derivation.
The wallet was created, but did not show any balance or transaction history.
When I click receive, I see an address starting with 1. It should start with 3. So it seems to be a legacy account (m/44'/0'/0').

Thanks for your try.
It seems we have to wait until electrum has implemented segwit.
