What happened:: In the middle of July, I was searching for a way to convert Payoneer funds into BTC and came across this ad (see reference link).
Contacted them by email and got a lively conversation going about how great it would be to send them $3000 at once and get bitcoin
without fees. Then desired amount lowered to $1500, and then to $900.
Finally I sent $650 on 2 Aug 2017, Payoneer payment ID: 49475871
to never see any of the promised BTC.
To anyone considering buying BTC from them: please consider that according to them a sizeable sum worth $30000 in bitcoin (3 Aug prices) is still held by Poloniex, which they admit!

PM/Chat Logs: Despite claiming that their fee on this deal was just $20, Natalie spent a while in correspondence: 70 emails was exchanged in total.
She insisted, multiple times, that I send $400 more in order for them to "apply for a soft loan" to their loan company.
Unfortunately, I cannot notarize GMail correspondence (know no way of it) but I will try to post at least a shot of collapsed conversation thread.
Additional Notes: Even now, despite "Poloniex issue affecting us" (which she admits:
