Help with wallet and fees...

I been searching a lot of wallets and keep getting stuck on which one to use..do you guys know any good wallets to use with great fees..ever where is 0.002 btc for mining fees exodus is 0.0027

It's $8fee pretty much to use btc
That's more than an ATM charges..is btc worth it anymore? Or should I consider using alt coins?
Any help is useful
