I do not want to experience another master-p kind of incident hence want to hear this community's opinion:
Honestly, Master-P's incident was not avoidable. The possibility of it happening again is there.
Is it right to allow a person who is having following remarks in his career with this forum :
1. Got disqualified from staff position
Yes. Getting removed from a staff position =/ all of the judgement are wrong.
2. Got removed from DT status at least once for some reasons.
Like?
3. Intensively competing with rest of this forum for earning through wearing sig/managing camp and by providing escrow services.
I don't see anything wrong in this honestly. How does this reflect the trustworthiness? Its fair for them to be able to run an escrow service or manage campaigns.
I am not seeing any other staff/DT member is with intensive nature for earning here which is a lead for point #4.
Its free money, I would take it too if I were them. As long as they follow all the rules and does not contribute to the spam, it is totally fine IMO.
4. Lot of complaints on abuse of DT power like creating room for self benefits in the name of "cleaning" this forum.
DT is by no means, perfect. Users are expected to create their own list with those that they trust. DT is more of a starting guideline for forum users, to prevent scam. Most of those complains are people getting butthurt for getting called out on their scamming activity, if you hadn't realised.
5. Open scam accusation on shady behavior with lenders.
This can warrant a removal though I don't think its absolutely necessary, till they start to abuse it or there is a clear indication that they have committed fraud etc.
Finally, I do hear a staff (or someone who has enough credentials to check activity of forum members) of this forum is selling inactive accounts for cheaper price. I do not have enough proof on this. But I do see lots of account recovering requests after got hacked.
So you're saying its either Theymos or Cyrus. They are the only ones with such privilege. Judge their status and think about what they would gain by being involved in such activities.
Only the DT list is predefined by Theymos. Those people at DT2 and below are included by someone from one level above them. It is up to their discretion as to who to trust.
