I believe what you are referring to is Localbitcoins. There are some buyers there that have offers to buy your Bitcoins and they pay you by making a fiat deposit over the counter in your bank account.

But be careful. Make sure the people you deal with have verified their identities with the site.

You may want to check out bitpay or bitwage. On bitwage case to employer, you just have to give a some sort of routing number from bitwage to your employer, the employer would then deposit a specified percentage of your salary to that information to bitwage. Then bitwage will do the conversion from fiat to btc then to your supplied address.

You are talking about Localbitcoins, where many BTC users exchange FIAT currencies from their countries for BTC or other crypto.

You should know anyway, that you are dealing with unique sellers, not with localbitcoins, so be aware of scammers and so.

It'd be cool if there was a service that'd create a bank and routing number for employers to do wage direct deposits, and it'd automatically convert fiat into bitcoin and transfer them into a specified wallet.  I have direct deposit setup for my employer to two bank accounts with a specific percentage to each.  I'd love to add a third account for a set it and forget it accumulation of BTC.

**Edit**  Okay, I'm reading to fast... looks like that's what Bitwage does.  Looking into it now.

If not wrong coinbase can accept usd and you can swap it to btc there. You can also search for local exchangers who receive your fiat money deposit.

Depends on the country though. There are ways to do this in the EU. You can use GDAX for your exchange and you can deposit using SEPA then convert it to bitcoins then withdraw. Though the cost might eat up a huge chunk of your money if you are doing small amounts. It would be worth it if it is a big amount. I believe you can also sell your btc there then withdraw using SEPA again.

yah. wheres your country op. i think if you add your country name to your search you might get results since country-exclusive services are getting popular right now.

in fact there are already many of them. just don't forget to search for reviews after you found one or just come back here to ask

I think op is planning to start a business that accept local current automatically receive it as bitcoin.. I don't see any service for now and i think bitpay is only accepting bitcoin not a credit card or bank transfer but if you are living here in my country we have some a local website here that you can pay in bank transfer that we can convert it into bitcoin in the same website.. Its coins.ph where we can convert if we received bank transfer credit card or any available to cash in using the customer bank account..  and received it as fiat that we can convert directly from the site. .

Of course there exist lot of services like the one you are explaining. You can use some exchangers which are well know to this type of services such as localBitcoin. What they do is, they will escrow the funds on to there servers until the transaction is complete. You have freedom to choose the options as in, people will be offering you different rates for the same coin and you can negotiate it too. So it's almost the same thing which you asked for but with more advantages.

You can easily convert your bank balance to bitcoins using many of the services like Coinbase, Kraken, etc. Why to risk to someone whom you don't know.

Bitwage is your answer, check this out: https://www.bitwage.com/invoicing but they not available for a worldwide. And I'm not sure the service not affected by bitcoin fluctuations, you need aware about this.

Or you can use coinbase merchant tool, but it's need required to set up the script, not directly like bitwage, the advantage of coinbase merchant tool is it will not affected by bitcoin fluctuations.
