Hi,

I have a question. I am using Bitcoin Core wallet for Bitcoin and Bitcoin ABC wallet for Bitcoin Cash.

I have the Bitcoin Core wallet synced completely. Now, I would like to re-use the downloaded blockchain of Bitcoin Core with Bitcoin ABC wallet. However, the issue is that after August 1st, the blockchains are not compatible with each other.

Is there an option where I can re-use the completely synced Bitcoin Core blockchain with Bitcoin ABC wallet? Maybe, there is a way that Bitcoin ABC wallet will validate the blockchain and start syncing and downloading blocks after August 1st?

Thanks.
Make sure you back up your wallet regularly! Unlike a bank account, nobody can help you if you lose access to your BTC.
