Out of no where the app say blocked,
When i called customer care , they want me to wait for 24 hours alleging that i initiated forget password which i did not do in the first place.
Who on earth blocks an app for initiating forget password
Zebay have no right to block and make my funds inaccessible for no reason for whichever period Zebpay wishes
I was planning to buy today since prices were expected to go high tomorrow, they ruined my plans
Customer support can't take any action or come up with a solution as they are trained like human answering machines where they themselves say they can't do anything as it is in the back-end.
Wondering whether if they can't even have a mechanism to verify customer instead we need to suffer having funds locked for no reason
Zebay customer support and ticketing system has no publically accessible escalation matrix too.
So i had no place to bring it up, except here.
