looking for a bot which can adjust portfolio

Hi,

I am looking for a bot which will buy e.g 15 currencies which I will pick and adjust the weight accordingly to my instruction per given amount of time.

So lets say I want to buy 5 currencies, 20% of my portfolio each. I want to update it per every hour so the value of the coins would be still 20% (if any goes up - should sell the surplus and buy another 4 accorgindly).

Naturally this is a simple example, the weight of the coins and time would be much different (as well as amount of the altcoins)

Is there any free or premmium which would handle that? Unfortunately I am not a programmer.
