If you are new to trading, start small. I would suggest tops 300 Euro/USD. If you manage to increase that in a month doing daily trading add more. If it continues to go well add more money every month.

I have been losing money for the first month and a half of trading and only in the last 4 weeks I managed to do good daily trading.

Don't invest anything you don't mind losing. Expect to not make any money for a few weeks/months.

Don't be greedy. A monthly gain of 10% might seem small in the world of crypto, but over a long period of time it's huge.

If you have trading history, just look at your average % profit.
Then you know the math - big enough roll to be happy with the end %% x 3, because you will have better and worst months than average.

If you don't have trading history, just deposit some money you are not afraid to lose. And experiment until you gain confidence and experience.

Anywhere between $75-$100 will be enough to start trading. Buy bitcoins worth of $100 and transfer them to any exchange of your choice.
Buy coins of your choice, which you think will give you guaranteed profit and invest 80% of the coins in it.
If you dont have any coin in your mind then diversify 80% of the amount to 3 - 5 coins equally .
I say you to invest only 80% because you will need the 20% to buy more if the invested coin gets a decrease in price. Dont buy invest all of your money in coins.
Keep some to buy later.

0.1 bitcoin is enough for me to start daily trading and that is what i do when i was just starting to do trading in an exchange. It is a safe and less risky capital because it is not too big and if we earn at least 10% from that capital then it is already a decent profit so i think if you are trying to get used of the market and you also want to study the market then 0.1 is the best amount of capital for me.

I think the initial capital is just about 0.1 to 0.5 bigger is better but if you are afraid of defeat it would be wise you just 0.1 just trading capital and make a daily profit limit, do not be too greedy.

Simple advice but really true. We have to make some testing first before jumping into the bigger water. We have to make sure that we know what we are doing and only experience can be the best teacher for that so start small, learn the ins and outs and when you think that you are doing fine then scale a little. Importantly, don't be greedy as greed can be the most blackening blind spot. Good luck on trading, guys!

It's really important that you have some basic knowledge in finance first. You need to understand technical indicators and know when to get in and get out of your positions. Anything from USD 100 is a good start. And it's probably advisable for you to observe the market for a while... after all, market sentiment plays a huge role in crypto.

I don't think that there is any such minimum limit (other than the nominal amount required by the exchange per order) so considering you don't want to go with leverage option, you can start with as low as $50 so you will have at least some amount to survive in the wild crypto market environment. Assuming you will have $5 (10%) loss in each trade, you will still have 10 chances to choose the trading pair and entry/exit points. On the other hand, if you can earn 10% profit in at least 5 trades then you will be able to keep your portfolio at break even point in which you will gain experience of 10 trades.

it would be wrong of me to give you any numbers because one person's small amount may be too big for another and one person's big amount may be too small!
you have to look at your pocket and see how much money you are willing to bring into trading and take the risks associated with that. you know the risks of making mistakes and losing money, the risk of the exchange running away and scam you, the risk of getting hacked and losing your money,...

based on that you may deposit some amount you are willing to lose and start trading with that.
if you are a beginner in trading then keep that amount as small as possible and then slowly increase it over time with your confidence growing.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

There is no limit on the amount of trade. But, as a newbie, you can start with the small amount. Because investment is always risky. First, you have to learn properly about trading. If you don't learn so you can't earn. So you can start trading with a small amount of learning. You will take those amount which you can effort if you lose.

You can start trading with as low as one million Satoshi, but the bottom line is that do you have a good knowledge of what trading in crypto currency is all about? If no, It will be good if for you to learn more about technical and fundamental analysis aspects of trading crypto currency before you invest your capital.

Great advice and i also tell that to my students who wants to try cryptocurrency trading, they are all hyped up by the profits that they saw from my portfolio and also from the different people who are trading cryptocurrencies but i told them to have a great foundation first and study trading first before putting their money because it might become a really risky move if they will just invest their capital without any knowledge on how to make it grow.

In all traditional investments, people would be telling you to start with test accounts and work for months figuring out a precise strategy to work on before they even consider putting any of your actual money into trading.

Crypto is very similar except loads of people are affected by FOMO and they just run in with shitloads of money, not knowing what they're actually doing.  Most of those people lose loads of money to whales eventually because they're emotional and subject to manipulation.

I think Whaleclub does test cryptocurrencies so you can try out your strategy for a while.  Don't kid yourself into thinking you're a genius if you earn a little bit there - it has to be consistent.

If you're desperate to use real money, try using the minimum trade amount of 0.0005 BTC on Bittrex for your trades.

Crypto is a great opportunity for intelligent traders, simply because there are so many that aren't intelligent.  As long as you're not doing anything shady like pump and dumps, make use of the opportunity.

Good day to you, amigo... I want to share with you my early moments in trading bitcoins over altcoins. As frugal as 400USD I had started my journey with this exchange called bitfinex, I did margin trading and believe me amigo, it doubled my USD in the first 2-3 days. However, I am not sure if that is what they call devil's luck because after I became addicted to margin trading I placed a wrong bet on ETC (I margin buy with all my BTC and the price eventually went down big time) so my money went back to more or less 300USD.

With that remaining money, I learned to control my greed and became contented with small daily profits.

Lesson learned: Avoid margin trading, noob!

If you want to trade now you must have a capital of $400-$600. I think it is good if you will invest that amount of money. Buy many altcoins that you think that full of potential and have a good progress in the market.

I think Whaleclub does test cryptocurrencies so you can try out your strategy for a while.

Using a demo account on Whaleclub is fine, and I've actually heard good things about the trading interface. But I wouldn't recommend trading there with real money. There are lots of horror stories floating around the internet like this one: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2117524.0

Apparently, the biggest complaint is that they void out winning trades for no reason. If you are a winner, I guess they find ways to cheat you. Better to find a real exchange with real liquidity. You can't even see volume on Whaleclub, which makes them seem even more like a bucket shop to me.

If you want to trade now you must have a capital of $400-$600. I think it is good if you will invest that amount of money. Buy many altcoins that you think that full of potential and have a good progress in the market.

In this market, it's not unreasonable to turn $100 into $10,000 in a matter of months. Those types of gains are unheard of outside of penny stocks and cryptocurrencies.

The bigger the better but the risk on burning them all would really be high too considering that you are just a newbie on this field. If you cant afford to lose up those money then better to start up small. 0.1 would do and do the best trading as you can that you would able to grow that amount on a single month if you do saw that you are gaining then it means you are profitable on your own trading style. Its just really a matter of trial and error, don't be surprised if you do make loses because its normal this is why we should be wise to end up on a profitable day trade.

You can test from the small first like 0.01-0.1btc, since you are still new, so just trading with a small amont and look how it works first. Then when you are ready, you can start using whole your bitcoin to trade. More bitcoin you have, more profit you can earn. 0.5btc-1btc could be the best one to start.
