username: first.lastname of your choice +4 numbers@mail.edu
password: *******
since you can give your username of choice means account is fresh and he is the Global admin of this domain.

yes you can change the password and recovery mail but not the login email

2nd. As he is the global admin he can remove the license anytime if he want but it depends to him. So better ask him for other contact.
