It's more likely because of your name mate, they might have thought you as some kind of terrorist  .
Really if you are already verified then you shouldn't have any problems, last time I sent a ticket I got an answer within less than 24 hours, your only

I don't think reveal your real name on here is a good thing, thats way i removed your name. We can only give you advice what should you do. You are the one who must contact bittrex.

I agree with everyone here, you should contact their support so you could get your money back. It is very unlikely though that your account was blocked, they only block an account if they think they are doing suspicious activity so there must be some good reason why it happened. But to save yourself from all the fuss, just send a ticket or contact their support the fastest way which is through Slack. Hope you get your money back and good luck!

I think your website was wrong boss, i have been using bittrex for a while and this is their support team https://bittrex.zendesk.com and file a support ticket  for as more faster way.

It won't help him. OP (Bittrex) didn't online since July 12, the best way only waiting for their response from support tickets which will be not takes long time from my experience.

I also encountered the same problem, before I have upgraded my account to "basic" but my account is disabled, I do not know what the problem is. After my account is disabled, I immediately raise my account level again to "ENHANCED" and it has all been confirmed, I have also made a ticket for support, but I still have not received a response after 2x24 hours waiting. This is a strange thing on bittrex.

However im not sure they even respond back as i read many enhanced account verifications are not getting replies back?

Loads of people have the same issue.

There is a subreddit full of complaints, and instead of bittrex dealing with the complaints, they're trying to close the subreddit down.

I would steer clear of bittrex and use another exchange instead.
