Well I thought I'd give it a go

tried for something a little clever

Instead of having just a leaf as the main focus of the logo , I thought I'd use a
spartan to portray the strong name Colossus with a leaf as the secondary focus.

Hey had a few attempts at this, I'll admit I'm a newbie here but I love the direction this coin is going!

I went for a minimal approach as the application of the logo would be as an icon and small screens so it has to be able to scale down while retaining the image. I also included comparisons next to well known currency symbols as I think its important to establish a professional identity as crypto will be the currency of the future. I chose a green colour palette keeping with the theme of environmentally friendly.

first is a pretty common style of wordmark for the letter C i haven't seen that article but im sure hes got that from others too. i've seen that kind of design in typography books.

idk what cosmic is google search doesnt show anything similar.

Tbh, I thought this was the perfect symbol to represent colossus. But it looked very familiar so thats why I was kinda skeptical. But you should change it, thats what I suggest.. Not much time is left.
