there is no quick way to make money in this world.. at least no easy way as long as you don't have money

to be involved in bounties you have to do actual work (spend minutes of your life). First thing is to sign in a bounty of interest and second is to pick what you'd like to do for the campaign (translate, post on bitcointalk etc.)

one way or another it's not easy and not quick money, but the return and profit can be quite awesome
