If you don`t have good fraud click protection ,this network will be a failure.
I`ve tried lots of bitcoin advertising networks and had no success.
Maybe i should try your network,but you have to gain more advertisers.

Its up to you.you can use cpm or cpc separatly or use ppc/cpm same time
