Don't too understand what do you mean "registered".
If you want add a positive feedback to people who you think are trusted enough, click their profile - trust - fill the blank with any reason why you trust them.

Yes, all you can do is just click on their profile and fill in the box with the bubbles to leave a trust rating. It will automatically get registered to that account. Just because you left a positive rating doesn't mean that the account will become green trusted. I think only DT-2 can give you green trust, but I may be wrong. (Don't quote me on that)

1. Click the person profile you want to leave feedback
2. Click "Trust" which should redirect you to a page that shows all off the feedback.
3. Click "Post new feedback" this should pop up a window that gives you an option to leave feedback. You can write a small comment that describes what makes him/her trustworthy/untrustworthy.
