Phoenix Could not locate the specific kernel

I am a newbie to mining and am trying to run phoenix on my xp system with a HD 6850 card. 
I installed phoenix to the root of my hard drive and can get phoenix to run using a command prompt but then I get the error message
"could not locate the specific kernel"
I tried putting the phoenix.exe into the poclbm folder but it gave me the same error. 
Here is what I am entering in the command prompt:
First I am doing a cd C:\Bitcoin\Mining_Software\phoenix\kernels\poclbm\
Then:
phoenix -u http://*******.**:*******@mining.bitcoin.cz:8332/ -k poclbm DEVICE=0 VECTORS AGGRESSION=3

The asterisks are my username.worker:password.

Then I get "could not locate the specific kernel"

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

You must type: "start /D C:\" without quotes! This is of course if you have it located in C! Change "C" to the directory you extracted to! Basically, you must be in the same Dir.

OK I put the start /d in front of the directory where the phoenix.exe is located, which is my poclbm folder. 
start /D C:\Bitcoin\Mining_Software\phoenix\kernels\poclbm\

then it changes to that folder and I enter:
phoenix -u http://*******.**:*******@mining.bitcoin.cz:8332/ -k poclbm DEVICE=0 VECTORS AGGRESSION=3

but I am still getting could not locate the specific kernel. 

I moved the phoenix.exe into the poclbm folder and am trying to execute it from there.  Is that the right way to do it?

No, leave it where it was when you extracted it and run it from there.  phoenix expects to find a kernels subfolder in the directly you are in when you run it.

Thanks ewal, that got it going. 
I deleted the phoenix folder and re-downloaded it and installed it again. 
This time it executed the phoenix.exe, but I did get some new errors:
This opencl build requires v 1.4.879, version 1.4.838 installed. 
Aborting
Phoenix 1.5 starting
Connected to server
currently on block: xxxxxxxx
2.12 Mhash/s  0 accepted  0 rejected

It looks like it aborted and then started running anyway. 
I guess I have to try and upgrade my opencl if I can.  The version that I had seem to support win7 but not xp.
