The title somehow stands out by being slightly cryptic I guess. 

the only way to get the tokens is by commenting

 Is your project managing to deal with spam and troll comments. its very hard to regulate reputation without a centralised system of authority seems like anywhere would have this challenge.

require 3 flags in order for it to get hidden status.

3 is a better idea, 1 by itself is asking for trouble.

Yes,  one comment earns you 1 BOARD token. Currently, it is in a test period.

To change the topic now you need 13 BOARD tokens.

It increases by 1 token each time it is changed, so, the topic has been changed 13 times since the launch date.

When you change the topic, you write whatever you want in the title and the main body.
