I am purchasing about 100 btc per week at this time and am seeking a long term relationship with bulk BTC sellers.

I am seeking the highest discounted price tied to major public exchanges including mtgox, btc_e, bitstamp and campBX.   We MUST use escrow if you do not send first.  I am flexible on payment type, open to any and all legal options.

WU is expensive.  I'd rather keep their incredibly high fee for myself.  If you are willing to sell at the discount that covers the WU fee, let's do a direct bank deposit or similar because I want that 4% not some large bank!
