as for me, biostar has more adequate pci-e slot position.
asrock seems too close to each other and may result some problems with riser positioning.
and if your read rewiews on amazon - there are one guy who use asrock recommend to go with biostar as well.

agree
Only Biostar TB250 is more sensitive on risers quality.

I have the ASRock H110 Pro BTC+. The 8 card limit of the same type is a Windows driver issue. Supposedly AMD and Nvidia will release a driver sometime later this year that increases the number of GPU's of that same type that can be used in Windows. It's unfortunate the PCI-E slots on the ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ board causes the risers to be too close. I had to put two pieces of electrical tape on the back of the risers to keep them from shorting out, causing the GPU's not to be detected. Otherwise, the ASRock board has a M.2 slot and power buttons, which is nice. The ASRock board is also $20 cheaper on Newegg.

Biostar TB250-BTC Pro - $149.99

ASRock H110 Pro BTC+ - $129.99
