Bitcoin Analytics taking money and not giving a service

I have to post a thread here because for some reason I cant post on the BA forum/thread. How long am I supposed to stay in quarantine here ?

Anyway, BA dont seem to have an email address I can send a message to but yesterday I sent them 0.1 bitcoin to sign up to their service as this was the minimum I could send from BTC-e. I signed up for a month at 0.03 and could see the correct data on my Configure page. I had signed for a month and I had 0.06 BTC remaining.

Then today for some reason there's no money and no active subscription.

Now I'm sure they're not criminals (hope) but I've no way to get in contact with them. So if some non-newbie reading this can pass on a message to them that would be great.

My username with them is the same as here.
