What's the plan with all the excess bounty tokens?

There seems to be a massive amount not going to be distributed due to the fixed reward system...

I suggest increasing those fixed rewards as the bounty is literally going to be 1% of the allocation.
(I participated in the article campaign as one of the few legitimate writers)
I noticed most articles are getting rejected or very small awards. Maybe give the legitimate articles a bonus?

In any case, there will be 10s of millions of tokens left over. What are you planning to do with that massive amount originally planned for marketing rewards?
