the first ordered batch went to processing in minutes... but the second batch #10281 waits at On-Hold since 4 days now... it has over 600 confirmations already to the correct address provided... can you please clear this up? It puts some pressure on me because its a lot worth involved...

Hope to get an answer to this question, seeing other group buys which came after this #10281 are already on Processing, while this one seems to be stuck on On-Hold, while the BTC transaction has gone through.

Has anyone else confirmed what the various orders, say, prior to 10281 are at?  All say 'processing'?  any shipped test chips??? why is there no thread on it??

Is this a new thing?

It looks like this batch #2 was placed on 5-18-13, but batch #1 was 5-11-13.  so only very recent orders are affected?

Good news... i dont know what had an effect but my FF-Extension AlertBox gave me a ping and when i checked avalon i saw that batch 2 went to "Processing" finally... Good to see... But i think avalon really should consider to employ one or two support only workers... would work wonders i believe...

Batch 1 changed some days ago to "Chips ordered"...
