The balance has only 2,500 ETH in it

Therefore ETHBet raised 2,500 or 3,500 ETH?

Thanks for the question. If you check the 'internal transactions' on etherscan, 1500 ETH has been withdrawn. Around 20% of tokens remain as I write this, you can hit 'read contract' and see how many remain yourself.
