Because of so many questions I will try to answer some here:

Location: Czech Republic - EU
Security: Multiple layer of automatic doors and bars, object is stuffed with alarm system connected directly to police, fire alarms
Electricity: Medium size water plant with another connection to the distribution network to secure possible outages
Internet: 100/100Mbit wired link
Capabilities: for now we are capable to host around 125 Antminers S9, D3 or L3.
Payments: we are offering month, 3 month and year plans. All the fees are paid as a subscription.
0,1USD/kWh is final price. Monthly plan costs 17USD per miner, 3 monthly 15USD and yearly 12USD per miner.

Hi there,

Monthly plan costs 17USD per miner, 3 monthly 15USD and yearly 12USD per miner.
For more miners we can discuss about discounts for monthly payments.

0,1USD/kWh is final price - no discounts.

Of course you can choose your own pool - you have absolute remote control on your miners - it's like you have the miner in your own house but you dont access it over the network but over the internet.

Sure, sorry for that cos I mixed in this topic two things:

1) selling Antminer with hosting and electricity etc = 1,25BTC
2) offering place in this little datacenter for your miners - there you pay monthly fees for next month.

Clearly:
1) WANT a miner but no place to connect it? Too noisy, too much heat, expensive electricity? Buy it here with all-in and sell the miner when you think the time is right
2) HAVE a miner but same issues as in upper line? Host it in this place. Electricity is cheap, heat and noise is not a problem.

Example for Antminer L3+ (800W):
Deliver your miner and the payment to next month is 17USD + 0,1USD/kWh * (0,8kWh * 24h * 31days) = 76.5 USD.
