Unclosed loan on Poloniex

2 days ago i try to open long positionin in the margin trading. I closed my buy order (before i buy and start long position), but my loan was still active! I can't move my funds to exchange, i can't make any position in margin exchange.... Today, after 2 days loan wasn't closed (it has 2 deys of duration and auto-renew was off), it renew itself! And i click to "off" in auto-renew so many times before....
Support of course don't give a f*** and don't answer to my ticket (#410995, #417168). Do you have any ideas what can i do to save my funds and close this imaginary loan? I feel like i'm robbed by poloniex right now....

bitcoin is getting ridiculous lately,
and i am afraid nobody can help you out,what you need to do is stop deposit your money in there.
because a lot of problem happened in there.
and wait for your loan to get closed by them and withdraw it.

IF the loan will be closed... In the loan that i write about I turned off auto-renew, but it renewed itself anyway after 2 days. And now i have another loan for 3 days. And it also has auto-renew off...

They not trying, they just do. When my virtual loan was renew today i has to paid lending fee for the past loan. And now new loan is still counting lending fee. And i can't do anything about it

This is crazy, it said that i used loan, but i don't see where. So i start thinking that poloniex is a scam that wait for small fish like me, they don't try to steal from whale because they now it will be big problem. But from small fish like me? Heh...

I have lent on Poloniex. When you lend there are 2 options to have lend auto renew. The first is where you give details of the loan ie % rate,amount in btc and length of loan and second is when loan is accepted and you can renew on these terms. Perhaps there is same system when you take out loan ie 2 methods of auto-renewal.

i felt it before bro,
because not only you get robbed by them.
me too and some of my friend,but they did not rob us using that way.
they're disabling or pending our withdrawal forever.i don't know what should i say to you because everything will be pointless.
unless they're releasing your money.
nothing we can do about it,that is why everytime when someone said where should i do the trade?
i always mentioned them to not do any trade and to not touch Poloniex.

keep send the tickets broo,i believe if you're lucky enough you can get what you deserve.
but you should know what will happen if they did not response.
