Started this up a week ago, it's an imageboard for discussing every aspect of the cryptocurrency world. Am looking for suggestions for new boards, also if anyone would be interested in moderating you can be paid by the revenue for your help.
Main points to note are all you need to post is a comment or an image or both, means you can post anonymously. Please come and support the board, thanks.

Anonymous posting is a good concept but getting everything published automatically is not, as it will lead to all sorts of spams and scam posting. It's better to let only members post, with their identity being anonymous and let there be moderated publishing, stuffs gets published after review by a mod or admin.

Nope, this will be a wrong move. I have been a moderator of some forums before and doing it this way will be perceived as some sort of censorship. Let the people post what they want and just manage the spam as it happens. Make sure you implement anti-bot strategies to reduce even more spam.

When I first read the topic title,I thought it was a board like imgur but completely dedicated for cryptos (which is an amazing concept in itself).Adding a forum to it makes things worse I feel,especially if it all looks like 4chan.I don't even know why you need it when you can do the same in 4chan ?

How much you can offer if i am applying for moderator since its already been discuss above what should we do about the moderator i think i can handle it but we should know if how much revenue and how much percentage we can get from revenue of the site..
Just give us idea so that we can take this opportunity to become mod's in your site..

You just click the threads at the top, and reply to the posts or post a new one, the email and username field are all optional.

And to answer questions posted after this - the revenue isn't really anything atm, so it's more of a long term plan.

 What i know that I can do as a moderator.
* check regularly for new post on the board.
* remove any NSFW images that might be posted. (very familiar with images that are safe, boderline and NSFW)
* inspect topics and move them into categories that it should belong to.
* remove spam messages to prevent them cluttering the board.

I will also give reports on the activity of the site and suggestions on new categories that needs to be added.
The reason that I want to apply for this position is because I want to have an experience being a moderator. Payout is not only the reason that I applied for this job. Does people have still interest in simple imageboard like this these days? Might be you have to think something quite different than this imageboard to be hosted in your domain which looks quite good for crypto related projects.

Your site need a better design, for better interface. Honestly, it looks boring and only few people who want to post in your thread.
There are some similar sites that trying to compete with bitcointalk, but stand no chance, just like altcoins compete with bitcoin.
Well, we can't say 'compete', but at least your site should be able to contribute more, giving more information than just trying to copy this forum.

Thank you for your criticism. Whilst some of you may not realise (for whatever reason) the site is just an imageboard script that is pre-made so it didn't take too much effort to make. And I am in no way trying to compete with this forum, the whole point of an imageboard is you can post anonymously, and there are imageboards for all different subject matters, so I thought why not try, it may have not succeeded but oh well at least I tried. I hope everyone here can try and do things they want to do aswell.
