To be honest, I find that odd. Very promising project. Too bad there are no hard cap   Possibly when comsa hit exchanges, we can expect that price will will lose weight.

I'm more wondering why for such as promising project there is no discussions are all..It took time to find the thread, the only talks are in the bounty thread and nothing here, I see that lately they are not very active on twitter but I'm interested to know more about the project here..

Very interesting project with the use of permissioned blockchain (private chain) of NEM - "Mijin" to manage fiat peg token, and the conversion of token (cross chain transaction).

A lot has of people has criticized their uncap preico, and ico.  While this may look bad and greedy, I also look from other angle
1st the preico discount is not too large, 20%, and is open to everyone (public), no shady super discount for people close to them only.

2nd preico and ico period is 1 month without cap, where everyone is getting equal change to get a stake in this project.

I'm sure if someone is looking for an ICO, with instant quick profit, then this is not the one.  But I think it is good for those checking out their solutions, and may not have computer literacy in competing with those ICO that require short time to register/signup and contribute, then this maybe a good one.  At least they have the technology, solutions for practical problems with proven business/operation experience (Zaif exchange, Tech Bereau, and etc.)

It's quite surprising lots of new initial coin offerings still coming out even after China bans it and declared illegal. Well, after all there are plenty of money to made from enthusiastic investors who believe they can easily make more profit buying on ICOs. 

And why they should not come out? There are lot of other more friendly jurisdictions where the blockchain is welcomed. It is problematic to  participants from US maybe China, so don't see why you are surprised.
