[ETC] [POOL] ETC.NOOBPOOL.COM has a new etc node to go with our ETH node!

We setup an etc node for faster, easier blocks, and because of the upcoming iceage that is in the works for eth.  So if you want something easier to mine, or just like ETC, the pool is up and running.  A few bugs with the website display that's being worked out, and needs some cosmetic updates, but it's working correctly.

Bugs fixed, server is running great.

The etc node had a lot of issues, even a couple orphan blocks because the node couldn't stay in sync.  But that has all been resolved and it's running perfect now.  Only a few hundred MH's, but the difficulty is pretty low for etc compared to eth.  Our eth server is also running flawlessly.
