Road map is on the main page . The total supply depends on price of ethereum in dollars during the raise (Our site shows the cap on how much we raising in USD). The reason for us to base it off the USD, is because of how AxionV is computing returns to the investors. We will go in-depth on how it works at AMA next Friday, please join us. Trading bots are very limited in nature. They work on a set of predefined rules, but markets evolve constantly. Thus, a strategy programmed into a trading bot might be profitable for some time. But you must constantly be coming up with new ideas to outperform the market. AI, in that sense, is very different. It is capable of identifying certain patterns not evident to humans, and learn as the market is changing. It is the adoptive nature of AI that makes it very capable to outpacing the market.

AI is not a toaster, the AI technology is further along than blockchain but far from mainstream. It requires significant development time and testing. As shown on our roadmap, we are slated to launch the system in 2018 Q1 as it continuously undergoes multivariable tests, benchmarking, stress testing and deep learning. We have covered some parts of this question in this thread in terms of Ai and financial expertise. But one aspect that should be covered and thank you for bringing it up is how much of your investment is actually making you returns.

This is Sharpe Capital use of funds:
40% Investment Capital
25% Bancor Reserves
20% Development & OPs
10% Marketing
5% Legal

Only 40% is traded for you at Sharpe Capital.

With AxionV 93% of your investment is trading for you (with 5% allocated for operations and 2% of Tech and Ai development). It is not just better, it is in a different weight class.
If you put in 100 ETH with Sharpe, 40% of it is trading, and 60% is operational. That means you need to get a return of 250% before you brake even....

We really only have similarities in a sense that we are both doing machine learning. Everything else, from AI approach, to trading (AxionV trades only crypto, while Sharpe trades stocks), to how much capital works for you (93% vs 40%), to methodology of trading, are completely different.

Our research came to the conclusion that this is approximately the amount that the worldwide average accredited investor could contribute to one fund. We believe we can bring more value to our investors if the fund is transparent and legally compliant, allowing for future growth of the fund without regulational delays.

Can you explain in more details how this minimum amount will help you to stay legally compliant? To me this explanation is very weak and even though your product sounds very interesting, would like to get some assurance before shipping you over 76 ETH...

It will not help or hurt in staying legally compliant. We were trying to be accommodating to institutional investors without alienating foreign smaller investors. We simply do not want to deal with investors in smaller sizes. It will help us maintain sanity, as we are a hedge fund and need to monitor each balance.  We can't afford to deal with smaller investment sizes, but it's still a low threshold for minimum level of institutional investors and 19,000 is a small amount compared to our larger investors and funding sources. The 19000 is for us, not legal.  Our KYC/AML process will be applied to everyone uniformly, regardless of investment size.
